How we work
Our approach is highly experiential.
Typically, we will deliver a brief presentation to explain a single concept (such as the importance of awareness).
We will then use exercises, reviews, discussions and reflection to understand the practical implications of the concept for developing leadership skills. This approach helps reinforce key ideas and helps their retention by anchoring them to memorable activities.
We also ask people to consider how they can apply the concept in their specific work context. This may be individually, or as part of a team.

Key principles
Today, every bookshop is full of bestsellers outlining the latest theory on how to lead. However, we believe that good leadership relies on applying relatively few, well established concepts and skills.
There are no quick fixes. To become a good leader takes hard work and application. We will help you focus your efforts where they will have the greatest impact, rather than following the latest fad.
‘Exceptional leaders distinguish themselves because of superior self-leadership'.
