Bespoke programmes

 

We can design bespoke programmes for teams with specific requirements. This means that, for example, a programme can focus on improving collaboration within a team, or between teams. Alternatively, another programme might address the quality and speed of decision making. Whatever the requirement, we will work with you to create a programme that meets your specific needs.

 

Executive programme

 

For more generic leadership development, we have an executive programme which consists of a suite of three-day modules aimed at:

 

• Leading Self

• Leading Others

• Leading Teams

• Leading Organisations​

These modules are cumulative, and so are ideally completed in sequence over several months.

 

Executive coaching

 

We have experienced, qualified executive coaches who can work with an individual to develop their skills and gain clarity over priorities and solutions. Typically an executive coaching programme would consist of six 90 minute sessions over the period of six months. The sessions are conducted online (MS Teams or Zoom) and can be scheduled to fit around other commitments by mutual arrangement.
